Telehealth Pediatric PT Evaluation

Service Description

A 1 on 1 Pediatric Telehealth physical therapy evaluation to determine eligibility for PT, any deficits or concerns in developmental function, or cause of pain. This evaluation comes with access to my personal email for any questions or concerns that may come up. Do you believe your child is behind gross motor milestones? Have you noticed your child struggling with a certain physical task? Does your child show any deficiency in mobility including walking, balance, or stairs? Is your child experiencing pain and can't find the cause? If you purchase this evaluation, I will look for the root of your problem and figure out the best way to treat it. **Currently taking patients that live in New Jersey, New York, and any other state that is a part of the PT compact for Physical Therapy appointments.
